Location: Brent, North West London
Salary: Paid to scale (MPS-UPS), dependent on experience
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week), long-term supply for full academic year

The Role

We are recruiting a versatile, nurturing EYFS & SEND Float Teacher to work across Nursery and Reception, combining class teaching with focused SEND support. You will deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning and provide tailored interventions to pupils with additional needs.

Key details:

  • 3 days per week (days negotiable)

  • Working across EYFS (Nursery & Reception)

  • Providing dedicated SEND support to key pupils

  • Collaborative planning with strong TA support

  • Paid to scale (MPS-UPS)

About You

  • Proven experience in Early Years (Nursery/Reception)

  • Passion for supporting pupils with SEND

  • Excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills

  • Nurturing, inclusive classroom practice

  • Confident delivering high-quality phonics and early literacy

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent) and enhanced DBS
