This is a two-form-entry mainstream primary with a dedicated Autism Resource Provision (ARP). Classes are intentionally small-8-10 pupils with three adults per class-so you can deliver precision teaching that changes outcomes. The school follows the National Curriculum and is on a whole-school journey towards deeper, evidence-based inclusion.

The Role (Lead and Shape the ARP)

  • Lead an ARP class: plan and deliver a differentiated, communication-rich curriculum

  • Own EHCP impact: coordinate reviews; liaise with parents/carers, therapists and Brent SENAS

  • Grow others: mentor 2 TAs, model outstanding practice, and quality-assure provision

  • Drive strategy: contribute to whole-school SEND improvement, training and culture
