About the Role
We're working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools seeking qualified Primary Class Teachers to join their teams from September. Roles are available across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, offering opportunities to lead a class, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils' academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
- Contribute to school life, including planning, meetings, and enrichment activities
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
Person Specification
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (placements or previous roles)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
Desirable:
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or EAL
- Familiarity with phonics schemes, formative assessment, and adaptive teaching
- Willingness to contribute to wider school initiatives and CPD
