Level 3 Teaching Assistant - SEN Support - Northampton
Location: Northampton
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Salary: £95 - £115 per day

In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping students with a range of additional needs reach their full potential through tailored support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
- Implement differentiated activities as directed by the class teacher
- Assist with personal care where required (training provided)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
- Foster independence and emotional resilience in learners
- Support pupils with speech, language, ASD, SEMH and cognitive needs
- Assist with classroom displays, preparation and resource development

You Will Need:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
- Patience, flexibility, and an understanding of children's individual learning styles
