Location: L17 - All-Girls' Catholic College, Ofsted Rated 'Good'
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Duration: Initially for the academic year, with potential extension

Tradewind Recruitment are working on behalf of an Ofsted Rated 'Good' all-girls Catholic college in the L17 area. We are seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team from September 2025. This role will suit someone who is passionate about supporting young people, able to build positive relationships, and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils (school-based experience desirable)

  • Ability to support learning across a range of subjects and year groups

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A patient, flexible, and supportive approach in line with the school's Catholic ethos
