Full-Time Supply Teacher - Lancashire Secondary Schools (Immediate Start)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3, 4, and 5) as required.

  • Manage classroom behaviours effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Follow school policies and procedures, and collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless day.

  • Adapt quickly to different school cultures, curriculum's, and student needs.

  • Provide continuity of education in the absence of the regular class teacher.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential Qualification: You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.

  • Essential Experience: Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • The resilience to work in varied and fast-paced environments.
