Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Workers to join our team in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within local SEN schools, making a real impact on young lives every day.
As a Learning Support Worker, you'll work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support to pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and emotional and behavioural challenges. Your role will be to encourage, guide and enable pupils to reach their full potential, socially and academically.

- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (formal or informal)
- Calm, patient and adaptable nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
