Learning Support Worker - Corby

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Part-time / Full-time / Flexible
School Environment: Specialist SEN schools (Primary & Secondary)
Start Date: September/October 2025

This role offers the chance to support children with a wide range of learning needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and complex learning profiles. You'll provide classroom-based and individual support, help manage behaviours, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A genuine passion for working with SEN pupils
  • The ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in education, youth work, care, or SEN (beneficial but not essential)
  • Willingness to support pupils with personal care (when required)
