Teaching Assistants (Level 2 & Level 3)

Are you a caring and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for rewarding opportunities across a supportive network of schools? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support high-quality learning and development across our family of primary schools in the North Sheffield area.
About the Role:
Provide tailored support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them achieve their full potential
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
Offer targeted support to individuals and small groups, including those with additional needs
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Uphold the Trust's values and commitment to excellent education

About You:
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
A proactive, flexible and reliable approach to supporting learning
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for helping children thrive both academically and personally
