About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in class and in small groups

  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and behaviour management

  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils

  • Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents

What the School is Looking For

  • A recent graduate from any discipline (2:2 or above ideal)

  • A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for education

  • Previous experience working with children is helpful but not essential

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
