Primary School Teaching Assistant - Oldham

📍 Location: Oldham
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏰ Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
💰 Daily Rate: £90-£95 per day (PAYE, paid to scale where applicable)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a hardworking, engaging and passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming Primary School in Oldham.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting pupils in class with general TA duties.

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have additional needs.

  • Supporting children with EHCPs and IEPs.

  • Promoting high expectations for learning and behaviour.

  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in a school setting.

  • An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
