We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced School Finance Administrator to join our team at a leading alternative provision in Barnoldswick. This is a permanent position, ideal for a financial professional who is passionate about supporting education.


The Role: School Finance Administrator, Barnoldswick AP

As the School Finance Administrator, you will be a crucial part of our support staff, working closely with the School Business Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the school, ensuring all processes are accurate and efficient. .

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing Invoices: Managing all purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims.

  • Budget Tracking: Assisting with budget monitoring and producing financial reports.

  • Payroll Administration: Supporting the monthly payroll process.

  • Banking: Handling school banking and reconciliations.

  • General Administration: Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with financial software, such as FMS or similar systems, is highly desirable.

  • A friendly, professional, and reliable approach.
