Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Oldham.
The Role
Full-time position supporting children in Early Years who are very active
Assisting with classroom activities, creating a safe and engaging learning environment
Using effective behaviour management strategies to support children's learning and development
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children in Early Years
Confident in managing behaviour in a lively, active classroom setting
Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient, with a genuine commitment to supporting children's progress
