Primary Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant - Primary School, Hyde (Tameside)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Hyde area of Tameside. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting a child on a 1:1 basis who has complex SEND requirements.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of the child.

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to implement learning strategies.

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Show patience, resilience, and empathy when supporting the child's development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in SEND who is looking to make a real difference in a child's education and wellbeing.

Location: Hyde, Tameside
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term
