Facilities Assistant - Supply Roles around Sheffield

Tradewind Recruitment are looking to expand our team of Facilities Assistants to work on a flexible, supply basis across schools in the Sheffield area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, who take pride in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming learning environments for children and staff.

The role includes:

  • Supporting schools with general cleaning and maintenance duties

  • Assisting with the set-up of classrooms and shared areas

  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times

  • Working as part of the wider site team to meet the needs of the school

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school cleaning or facilities work is highly desirable

  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments

  • Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

  • Two recent references covering the last two years

  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind)
