Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across South Liverpool in a variety of Full Time roles.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in their learning.
Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Use your creativity and performing arts background to engage pupils in lessons and activities.
Help to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support.
About You
We're looking for graduates who are:
Confident, outgoing, and creative - with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
Experienced in working with children (through schools, youth groups, drama workshops, or similar roles).
Compassionate, patient, and able to adapt to meet the needs of SEND pupils.
Passionate about education and making a positive impact on children's lives.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn.
