Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to take on a new challenge in SEND or mainstream education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with multiple partner schools across Rugby and is looking to recruit confident, motivated HLTAs to join our team.
As an HLTA, you'll play a key role in delivering pre-set lessons, supporting teaching staff, and providing tailored support to students with diverse needs. You may lead small group interventions, oversee classroom activities, and contribute to planning and assessment.
We're looking for someone who:
Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
Has experience in SEND or mainstream settings
Is confident delivering lessons and interventions
Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Has strong organisational and communication skills
