The Role:

As part of our Cornwall team, you'll manage your own desk and play a key role in supporting schools across Cornwall. You will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff.
• Build your own candidate and client base while servicing existing relationships.
• Work to ambitious but achievable targets in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We're specifically seeking consultants with:

• Proven experience in education recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred).
• A strong track record of building and growing a desk.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, drive, and a results-focused mindset.
