Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: Immediate & Ongoing
Contract: Full-time & Part-time roles available
Pay: £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning? We're looking for committed and caring Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Ely.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students
• Help pupils with additional needs stay engaged and confident
• Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in any setting)
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine desire to support student development
• Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential
