1:1 Teaching Assistant - Ely
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time
Daily Rate: £90-£100 (based on experience)

Are you someone who thrives on helping individual pupils succeed? We're looking for dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant's to support students in schools across Ely.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a child who needs extra support-whether for learning difficulties, emotional needs, or behavioural challenges-and make a lasting impact on their school experience.

What the Role Involves:

• Providing tailored 1:1 support during lessons
• Helping the student stay focused, engaged, and confident
• Assisting with tasks set by the teacher and modifying them when needed
• Building a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
• Working as part of a supportive school team

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or young people (schools, youth work, care, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and consistent approach
• Ability to follow guidance and adapt to the pupil's needs
• Genuine interest in education and supporting individual progress
• Relevant training or qualifications (desirable but not essential)
