As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Help students access the curriculum and stay engaged in lessons
Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated learning
Work closely with staff and families to support progress and well-being
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (essential)
Previous SEND experience (preferred)
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A proactive, empathetic, and dependable approach
