SEN Teaching Assistant - Bromley

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Bromley. This full-time, long-term role is available for an immediate start and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary setting.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and feel included in every aspect of school life. Working closely with teaching staff, you'll deliver personalised support, encourage positive behaviour, and help create an inclusive learning environment.
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
Understanding or experience of supporting students with SEN
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Strong communication, teamwork, and a patient, proactive approach
