The role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise lessons across the curriculum, ensuring students stay on task and engaged with their learning in the absence of their teacher. You don't need to be a subject specialist - your role is to manage behaviour, deliver pre-prepared work, and create a positive learning environment.
What we're looking for:
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, tutoring, youth work, or education).
A confident and professional approach.
Flexibility and adaptability.
