SEN Teaching Assistant - Supply Work across Primary Schools in Sheffield
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools in Sheffield.

The Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs.
Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in young learners.

Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school, care, or other setting).
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
