SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Ealing - Start ASAP to July 2026
About the School
A friendly two-form entry primary school in Ealing is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role
Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant (supporting pupils with additional learning needs) from ASAP until July 2026
Work with individual pupils or small groups to support their learning and progress
Deliver targeted interventions under the guidance of class teachers and SENCo
Monitor and assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records
Assist with classroom management and inclusion strategies to enable pupils to access the full curriculum
Support communication between teachers, pupils, and parents where needed
Requirements
Experience working with pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in a primary school setting - minimum of 1 year.
Ability to deliver interventions and adapt learning materials for different abilities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enthusiasm for supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Open to ECTs or experienced teaching assistants
