This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain classroom experience in a flexible and rewarding role.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise students during teacher absences

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom focus

  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies

  • Report back to teachers and school staff on progress and behaviour

  • Ensure a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people is advantageous

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Positive, proactive, and confident approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Legal right to work in the UK
