Cover Supervisor - Wrexham

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Wrexham. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Manage behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task

• Support students to engage with their learning

• Provide feedback to school staff after each lesson

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, or similar)

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Flexible and proactive approach to working in schools

• A child-only enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register
