£35,000-£60,000 Base Salary (DOE & Performance) + Uncapped Commission

What We Offer

  • £35,000-£60,000 base salary, depending on experience and performance
  • Uncapped monthly commission - no threshold

Your Role

  • Manage and grow your own desk specialising in education recruitment
  • Source, place, and support teachers and school staff across the UK
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools and candidates
  • Drive revenue, exceed targets, and lead by example within the team
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, motivated team environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to schools, helping shape recruitment strategy and delivering results

Prior education recruitment experience is essential. Beyond that, we want people who are:
