Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming secondary school to recruit a Teaching Assistant in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers to gain classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support lessons across a range of subjects at KS3-KS5
- Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to raise attainment
- Provide tailored support for students with SEND and EAL needs
- Help prepare resources and contribute to a positive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Degree-level education or strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting young people
- Previous school or youth work experience is desirable
