Teaching Assistant

Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Hounslow
Location: Hounslow, West London
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Hounslow to work in a high-achieving secondary school. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in education and looking for practical classroom experience.

Role Duties:

• Work alongside teachers to support learning in lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support in literacy, numeracy and core subjects
• Assist with behaviour management and student engagement
• Support students with additional needs to reach their full potential

Requirements:

• Degree (all subjects considered)
• Confidence working with teenagers aged 11-18
• Team player with resilience and strong communication skills
• Previous mentoring, tutoring or school-based experience desirable
