A small, thriving, and highly regarded primary school is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time position, initially offered on a long-term temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

About the Role:
As HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will deliver planned lessons, provide targeted interventions, and work closely with class teachers to ensure all pupils make progress. The role may involve working with small groups or covering classes as needed.

Key Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to use initiative
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
