Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30
We are looking for a qualified HLTA to support Primary aged children across all year groups based in Birmingham.
Key Requirements:
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to use initiative
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
