SEMH Learning Facilitator

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEMH Learning Facilitator to join our team across several SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Schools and Alternative Provisions throughout the Bristol area.

The Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 8-16 who have additional and complex needs, including SEMH, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, and behaviour that challenges. As a SEMH Learning Facilitator, you'll play a vital role in:

• Building trusting relationships and providing consistent, nurturing support.
• Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning programmes that promote both academic and emotional development.
• Encouraging positive behaviour through restorative and trauma-informed approaches.
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement individual support plans and help every learner reach their full potential.

Key Details

• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only
• Pay: from £90 per day
• Flexibility: part-time or full-time options available
• Start: Immediate starts available (with potential for permanent contracts for the right person)
• Location: Bristol - Alternative Provisions and SEMH schools
