Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Lunchtime Organiser for a thriving and friendly primary school in Didsbury. This is a permanent position, offering a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive school community dedicated to providing a safe and happy environment for all pupils.
The Role
As a Lunchtime Organiser, you will play a key role in helping children enjoy a positive lunchtime experience. Duties include:
Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunch break.
Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion through play and conversation.
Assisting younger pupils with meals and ensuring the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely.
Promoting a caring, respectful, and fun atmosphere for all children.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with children.
Able to use initiative and promote positive behaviour.
Committed to ensuring children's wellbeing and safety.
Available for lunchtime hours, Monday to Friday (term time only).
