The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom and deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring learning remains engaging and productive. You'll manage student behaviours, maintain classroom standards, and support and adapt to teaching and learning scenarios throughout the day.

What You'll Need:

• Experience working with young people - ideally within an educational setting
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A pro-active and professional approach
• Based in, or reliably commutable to Chesham, Buckinghamshire
