📍 Location: Flintshire
💰 Pay: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
📅 Start Date: ASAP or after October half term
🕒 Full-time (Monday - Friday, term time only)

We're currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Flintshire, providing classroom and 1:1 support to students across KS3 and KS4.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting children or young adults - either in schools, youth work, or care settings - who's looking to make a real difference in education.
The role:
Supporting students with their learning across a range of subjects
Assisting teachers with classroom management and preparation of resources
Working 1:1 or with small groups to support students with additional learning needs (ALN)
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
✅ Experience supporting children or young people (school, tutoring, youth work, or care background all considered)
✅ Confidence working with students aged 11-16
✅ A calm, positive and patient approach
✅ A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
✅ Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) or willingness to register
