Cover Supervisors Needed - Flexible Supply Work Across Greater Manchester
Location: Salford
Start Date: Immediate Start
Contract: Day-to-Day & Long-Term Opportunities
Pay: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Are you confident, organised, and looking to make a difference in local schools?
We're seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our supply team and support secondary schools across Greater Manchester with day-to-day and short-term cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers who are keen to gain hands-on experience in schools before starting teacher training. You'll develop classroom confidence, leadership skills, and a real understanding of school life - all while earning and building valuable experience.
The Role
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Encourage and support students to stay on task and complete their work.
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
The Ideal Candidate
Confident, professional, and able to engage young people effectively.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude.
Previous school or youth experience is beneficial, but not essential - full support and guidance provided.
