SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a bustling primary school in Waltham Forest. The school has a strong community spirit and is seeking an experienced, caring teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a year 5 student with Autism and complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's school journey while working as part of a fun, supportive team.

As a teaching assistant, you will:

• Support the student on a 1:1 basis
• Working closely with class teachers and the school's SEN team
• Encourage confidence, independence, and a love of learning
• Creating a calm, caring, and inclusive learning environment

About You

• Have experience supporting children with Autism and/or complex needs
• Are patient, understanding, and great at building relationship
• Will be kind, have a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
