SEN Teaching Assistant - Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Tradewind Education are partnered with a Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire Secondary School seeking a supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from either Autumn 2 (November 2025) or Spring Term (January 2026).
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support for SEN pupils
- Assist in adaptive teaching methods to maximise and engagement
- Encourage personal development and growth in students
- Support classroom management and promotion of positive behaviours
- Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to support learning, IEPs and EHCPs
What You'll Need:
- A genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs
- Patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a structured staff team
- Experience in working with children and young people
- A strong understanding of SEN
