Your Role as a Level 2 TA

As a vital part of the classroom team, you will:

  • Provide essential support to teachers and students, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Assist with a variety of classroom activities, working with small groups or individual pupils.

  • Contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development and well-being of students.

  • Adapt your skills to support schools on a general, 1:1, or small group basis across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (based on your experience).

  • Uphold high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and teamwork across the school faculty.
