SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Towcester

Do you have a passion for helping children achieve their potential, no matter their starting point? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and caring SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a variety of specialist SEN schools across Towcester and nearby rural areas.
As an SEN LSA, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 4-18 with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Moderate or Severe Learning Difficulties, and Speech & Language Communication Needs. You'll be assisting students to develop academically, socially, and emotionally - making a real impact every single day.
Responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support within the classroom.
Encouraging independence, engagement, and confidence in learning.
Supporting students with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
Assisting teachers in creating inclusive and supportive classroom environments.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or community settings).
A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Due to the rural locations, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to transport.
