The Year 5 Class
You will be teaching a well-behaved and motivated class of 28 pupils who are eager to learn and respond positively to engaging, inspiring lessons. The cohort demonstrates strong progress and benefits from collaborative planning within a supportive year group of experienced colleagues.
The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 5 curriculum.
Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, ensuring every child achieves their best.
Work collaboratively with parallel class teachers to share planning and best practice.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and events.
