Behaviour Mentor - Wandsworth Secondary Schools

We're an established agency working closely with Wandsworth secondary schools, and Tradewind Recruitment are looking to onboard Behaviour Mentors for the upcoming academic year, starting September.

What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs.
Work closely with pastoral and teaching teams to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
Help de-escalate challenging situations and model positive strategies for emotional regulation.
Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage positive engagement in lessons.
Support the wider school community in maintaining a calm, inclusive environment conducive to learning.
What You'll Bring:
Experience (or a strong interest) in working with young people in a school, mentoring, or youth work setting.
Excellent communication, patience, and empathy when supporting students.
Confidence in managing behaviour and promoting positive attitudes and resilience.
A proactive, supportive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff.
How We Support You:
Competitive daily rates: £90-£110, depending on experience.
