Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Ealing

A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Ealing is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) is available to start in September 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with teachers and students in a dynamic school environment.

About the Role:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
* Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) where required
* Develop a deeper understanding of the teaching profession and school life

Requirements:
* A degree in any subject (Education, English, Maths, Science, or Psychology advantageous)
* A passion for supporting young people in their learning and development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or in a school)
* A friendly, patient, and proactive approach
