Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School
Location: Ealing, West London
Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only
Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students across a range of subjects to help every learner achieve their potential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students in lessons

  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources

  • Supporting targeted intervention sessions in English, Maths or other key subjects

  • Encouraging motivation, engagement, and positive behaviour in class

  • Observing different teaching styles and gaining real insight into school life

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate (any subject) with a genuine interest in education

  • Confident, patient, and approachable when working with young people

  • A strong communicator with good organisational skills

  • Experienced (formally or informally) in supporting children or young people - desirable but not essential

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to get involved in all aspects of school life
