SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply) - Rotherham

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work on supply assignments across schools in the Rotherham area.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Tradewind, you'll have the opportunity to support a range of pupils across primary, secondary, and specialist settings. Your role may include:

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.

  • Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

  • Adapting learning materials and activities to meet individual needs.

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.

  • A positive, proactive, and patient approach.

  • A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).

  • Right to work in the UK.

Location: Rotherham and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Flexible, day-to-day or longer-term supply
Pay: Competitive daily rates, paid weekly
