What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with schools across Northumberland, Newcastle, Gateshead, and North/South Tyneside to connect them with outstanding teachers and support staff
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients
• Enjoy full ownership of your patch - no restrictions, no limits, just freedom to build your business your way
• Work alongside an experienced, supportive team of resourcers and compliance experts
• Play a key role in shaping the culture, standards, and success of our brand-new Newcastle office
