Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School in Oldham. This is a full-time role starting in December 2025, with the potential to become a permanent school-based position for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - essential

• Experience working within Early Years in a Primary School setting

• A proactive, reliable and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning and development

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families

This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming school that values creativity, child-led learning, and the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
