Skills & Experience of the Ideal Teacher:

  • Proven experience in UKS2 and understanding of SATs preparation is desirable
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons that support academic excellence
  • Skilled in assessing pupil progress and using data to inform teaching
  • Confident in supporting pupils' transition to secondary school
  • Excellent communication with parents, colleagues, and leadership

Compliance Essentials

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Professional references covering the last 2 years
  • CV that covers work history since leaving formal education
