KS1 Class Teacher - Hounslow

Full-time | January 2026 start | Long-term until July 2026 | Open to ECTs and experienced teachers

Tradewind is working with a well-established 3-form entry primary academy in Hounslow, seeking a KS1 Teacher to join their dedicated staff team from January 2026. The position runs until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent role.

The Role:

  • Teach a KS1 class with full teaching responsibilities.

  • Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons tailored to children's needs.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity and strong outcomes.

  • Attend meetings, INSET days, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Recent experience teaching in KS1.

  • Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy.

  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
